Kim is the ultimate behind the scenes wizard. She juggles client relationships, budgets, and contracts like a pro while keeping a hawk’s eye on payables and receivables. Her sharp eye for detail means every event is executed flawlessly and without a hitch, always on track, exactly on budget and with transparency that rules the day.

With 30 years in luxury hospitality, Kim has seriously done it all. She has led events for Occasio, orchestrating celebrations at mountain lodges in Colorado and serving US Presidents at horse farms in Kentucky. Kim is the quiet powerhouse who maintains the elegance and holds up the standard, turning every event into an unforgettable experience.

Natalie’s been rocking the Occasio Productions world for over ten years, climbing the ranks from rookie to event maestro who’s done it all. She’s equal parts problem solver, party starter, and loyal cheerleader, bringing a splash of fun (and a whole lot of know how) to every gig.
