As the night deepened, the energy built with a dazzling late-night performance of LED water drums, sultry saxophone, and violin, while DJ Cesar Alvarez kept the crowd dancing all night. Late-night churros from El Moro, chilaquiles, and tunes from an Elton John impersonator indulged every guest before the final song brought the celebration to a close.
